XVRA—06 / PROCESS

Track every stage — from enquiry to your door.

Our process works like a shipment tracker: structured, transparent and visible at every step. Eleven stages, three of them locked behind your explicit approval.

XVRA—06.1 / TRACKING LOG 11 STAGES · DURATIONS · DELIVERABLES

Eleven steps. Zero surprises.

Each stage completes before the next begins, each stage produces a document you keep, and the three moments that matter most — choosing the supplier, approving the sample, signing off delivery — belong to you, not us.

Durations shown are typical ranges for a standard order; your quotation carries committed dates for your specific project.

  • A named specialist owns your project across all eleven steps.
  • Every checkpoint is documented with photos and written reports.
  • Nothing ships without passing inspection against your approved sample.
Start at step 01
  1. STEP 01

    Free Consultation1–2 DAYS

We understand your product, budget, timeline and goals — by call, WhatsApp or in person. You leave the conversation knowing whether the project is feasible and roughly what it will cost. Free, and without obligation.

DELIVERABLE: Feasibility view + indicative budget
  2. STEP 02

    Product Identification2–4 DAYS

We turn your requirement into a precise sourcing specification: materials, dimensions, standards, certifications, packaging and target unit economics. Ambiguity here becomes cost later, so we are thorough now.

    DELIVERABLE: Written sourcing specification
  3. STEP 03

    Supplier Search3–7 DAYS

The specification goes out across our network. We screen manufacturers for capability, capacity and export record, and shortlist the strongest candidates with comparable quotations.

DELIVERABLE: Supplier shortlist + comparison sheet
  4. STEP 04

Supplier Verification3–5 DAYSYOU APPROVE THE SUPPLIER

The shortlist gets the five-check treatment: registration, licences, factory confirmation, risk assessment, verification report. Only verified suppliers advance.

    DELIVERABLE: Verification report per candidate
  5. STEP 05

    Price Negotiation2–5 DAYS

With verified suppliers competing, we negotiate unit price, payment terms, tooling, lead time and penalties. You see the final negotiated terms before anything is signed.

    DELIVERABLE: Negotiated contract terms
  6. STEP 06

Product Sampling7–14 DAYSYOU APPROVE THE SAMPLE

The factory produces samples; we evaluate them against specification and courier them to you. Nothing goes to mass production until you have physically approved a sample.

    DELIVERABLE: Approved benchmark sample
  7. STEP 07

    Production MonitoringVARIES BY ORDER

Mass production runs against the approved sample and agreed timeline. We track progress with the factory and send you scheduled status updates — with photos, not adjectives.

    DELIVERABLE: Production status reports
  8. STEP 08

Quality Inspection1–3 DAYSYOU SEE THE REPORT

Pre-shipment inspection against the benchmark sample: function, finish, quantity, packaging, markings. Goods that fail do not ship — they get reworked or replaced first.

DELIVERABLE: Inspection report + photo evidence
  9. STEP 09

    Freight & ShippingSEA 18–60D · AIR 1–8D

Cargo is booked, consolidated where useful, insured and dispatched — air for speed, sea for economy. You receive tracking references and an arrival window.

    DELIVERABLE: Booking confirmation + tracking
  10. STEP 10

    Customs Clearance3–7 DAYS

Our clearance team handles classification, duties and port processes in Lagos. Because documentation was built correctly from step two, this stage is administration — not drama.

DELIVERABLE: Cleared cargo + duty receipts
  11. STEP 11

    Final Delivery1–3 DAYSYOU SIGN OFF

Delivered to your warehouse, site or store anywhere in Nigeria, offloaded, signed for and closed out with a full document pack for your records.

DELIVERABLE: Proof of delivery + document pack

MARGIN NOTE / REPEAT ORDERS Steps 01–06 are front-loaded work. On repeat orders with an approved supplier and benchmark sample, the process starts at step 07 — which is why second orders are dramatically faster than first ones.
