XVRA—10 / QUALITY CONTROL

Nothing ships unchecked.

Four inspection stages stand between the factory and your order. Each one is documented with photos, measurements and a pass/fail report — and failed goods do not ship.

XVRA—10.1 / INSPECTION STAGES 4 CHECKPOINTS · WHAT GETS CHECKED
  • Q-01

    Pre-Production Inspection

Before a single unit is made: raw materials, components and factory readiness checked against specification. Wrong material caught here costs a day; caught at the port it costs the order.

  • Q-02

    During-Production Inspection

In-line checks when 20–50% of the order is complete. Workmanship, dimensions and consistency verified while course-correction is still cheap — problems caught early, not after.

  • Q-03

    Pre-Shipment Inspection

The decisive gate. Finished goods sampled to AQL standards and inspected against your approved benchmark sample: function, finish, quantity, packaging, labelling and markings. This report decides whether cargo moves.

    Container Loading Inspection

The right goods, in the right quantity, loaded correctly and sealed — witnessed and photographed, with the seal number recorded on your documents. The last look before the ocean.

XVRA—10.2 / DEFECT CLASSIFICATION 3 CLASSES

Not all defects are equal. The report says which is which.

CRITICAL

Unsafe or unusable

Safety hazards, non-functional units, legal non-compliance. Acceptance level: zero. One critical defect stops the shipment.

MAJOR

Would cause returns

Defects a customer would reject: wrong colour, broken stitching, dents, mislabelling. Held to a strict AQL threshold agreed in advance.

MINOR

Cosmetic imperfections

Small blemishes unlikely to affect use or sale. Tolerated within a wider AQL threshold — and still counted and reported.

What arrives with every inspection

  • Written pass/fail report against the approved benchmark sample.
  • Photo evidence of sampled units, defects found and packaging.
  • Defect counts by class with AQL result.
  • Measurements, function-test results and carton drop-test notes where relevant.
  • A clear recommendation: ship, rework or reject.
MARGIN NOTE / WHEN GOODS FAIL Failure is not a crisis — it is the system working. The factory reworks or replaces at their cost (that is what the negotiated contract terms are for), we re-inspect, and only passing goods get booked onto a vessel. The worst place to discover a defect is your customer's hands; the second worst is the port. Neither happens on our watch.

Protect your next order with a proper inspection.

Inspection services are also available standalone — even on orders you placed yourself.
