Hospital Equipment — Private Hospital Group, Lagos

FILE XVRA-CS-001 · HEALTHCARE
CHALLENGE

A growing hospital needed 40 electric beds, patient monitors and theatre equipment for a new wing. Local quotes blew the budget by nearly half, and a previous direct-import attempt had stalled at customs for eleven weeks over documentation.

SOLUTION

We shortlisted and verified three manufacturers in China and Germany, ran a Tier 3 factory audit on the leading candidate, negotiated factory-direct pricing with a two-year spare-parts clause, and managed sampling, pre-shipment inspection, sea freight and clearance as one package — with NAFDAC-relevant documentation assembled before the vessel sailed.

RESULT

Delivered and installed in nine weeks, fully cleared, with every certificate in the closing pack. The second wing's order started at step 07 of our process.

Solar Installation Stock — Renewable Energy Firm, Abuja

FILE XVRA-CS-002 · SOLAR
CHALLENGE

An installer kept receiving underperforming panels from an unvetted online supplier — output 12–15% below rated spec — and was losing client trust and warranty margin with every project.

SOLUTION

Factory audit of a tier-one panel manufacturer, sample batch independently output-tested, OEM branding under the client's own name, and a consolidated quarterly shipment of panels, inverters and lithium batteries with pre-shipment testing on every batch.

RESULT

Consistent A-grade panels under their own brand, a lower landed cost than the inferior stock, and a predictable quarterly restock cycle that now includes street lighting.

Retail Consumer Goods — E-commerce Seller, Port Harcourt

FILE XVRA-CS-003 · E-COMMERCE
CHALLENGE

A fast-growing online store was restocking mixed consumer goods through five separate ad-hoc shipments a quarter — each with its own freight cost, clearance fee and unpredictable arrival date. Stock-outs were killing their ad spend efficiency.

SOLUTION

Multi-supplier procurement across Guangzhou and Yiwu, warehouse consolidation at origin, one scheduled monthly LCL shipment with door delivery, and small trial batches for new product lines before committing volume.

RESULT

One predictable monthly shipment replaced five chaotic ones; restock lead time nearly halved; new products now trial in 200-unit batches before scaling.

Hotel Fit-Out — Boutique Hotel Project, Lekki

FILE XVRA-CS-004 · HOSPITALITY
CHALLENGE

A 45-room boutique hotel needed complete FF&E — furniture, lighting, linens, kitchen and bathroom fittings — from multiple countries, delivered in phases matching a construction schedule that kept moving.

SOLUTION

Sourcing split across Turkey (furniture, textiles), China (lighting, bathroom fittings) and the UAE (kitchen equipment); consolidated at two origin warehouses; shipped in three phased deliveries re-sequenced twice as the build schedule shifted.

RESULT

All 45 rooms fitted out with zero storage-on-site problems, one point of accountability across three sourcing countries, and a soft-opening date that held.
