Booking & cancellation
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.
- Individual clients normally pay before the service date; corporate clients follow their agreement terms.
- Cancel as early as possible. Charges may apply when a booking is cancelled shortly before pickup, the driver has departed or arrived, the slot blocked another client, or special arrangements were made.
- Changes to route, time, stops or duration may affect the final price — we tell you before, not after.
Safety & responsibility
The safety of our passengers, chauffeur and vehicle comes first. Passengers must not carry illegal substances or prohibited weapons, smoke in the vehicle, damage it, distract the driver, ask the driver to break traffic laws, or exceed the approved passenger capacity.
Do you provide a driver with the vehicle?
Yes — the Lexus RX 350 is available only as a chauffeur-driven service. Self-drive rental is not offered.
How early should I book?
At least 24 hours ahead. Airport transfers, events and weekend bookings should be made earlier where possible. Same-day bookings are accepted subject to availability.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number and we monitor it. Communicate any known delay early — waiting-time charges may apply depending on its length, and we'll always tell you before they do.
Are fuel and the driver included in the price?
Standard quotations include the driver and normal fuel for the agreed route. Tolls, parking, excessive waiting and major route changes are itemised separately — never surprise-billed.
Is payment required before the journey?
Individual bookings are normally confirmed after payment. Approved corporate account clients follow the payment terms in their service agreement.
Do you travel outside Lagos?
Yes — interstate journeys are arranged after reviewing the destination, duration and security requirements, with a custom quotation.
Can the vehicle be booked for weddings?
Yes — weddings, traditional marriages and other special events, subject to availability. Weekend events should be booked well ahead.
Can hotels and travel agents partner with you?
Yes — hotels, serviced apartments, travel consultants and event planners can arrange referral or regular-booking partnerships with negotiated rates. Contact us to discuss.
